  Here is a little more about our League.  We have a saying, "Sign Up, Show Up, Play"


  You decide when and where you wish to play, then email us at least one week prior to the play date.
  Email should include your name, the course name and the play date.  You may sign up for multiple courses
  at one time. 
Show up at the course, find your assigned cart  and load your bag.  The committee will have a table setup
  in the Course clubhouse where you will sign in and pay for the round.  We create Flights by evenly dividing
  the number
of players that have entered an event.  Your entry fee includes a prize money component. 
  Take a look at the Latest Results to get an idea of where that money goes.


  One of the great things about the League is flexibility.  We know that schedules change, sometimes on short notice. 
  As long as you let us know at least 12 hours ahead it is not a problem.
 

  Shortly before tee off time, someone on the Committee will call us together with the words "Gather Up".

 
Most of the ladies will be in the cart area catching up.  Some will be putting.  Others are hitting balls on the range.
 
Everyone comes together for the announcements.  New members and any guests are introduced and welcomed to the  
  group.
  Local rules for the day will be covered.  Then we head out to our assigned tees and begin the round.  After
  you play a few times you will start to get to know some of the ladies.
  We try to mix up the pairings so that people don't
  play with the same members all the time.


  When you complete the round, your group's scorekeeper turns in the scorecard, and the scores are entered into our
  computer software.
  When all scorecards have been entered, we finalize the event. 
 
Tournament results and updated Handicaps are posted to the website .

  The winning individuals will have an envelope labeled with their name on the outside of the envelope. 
  The envelopes will be at the next tournament waiting to be picked up.
